These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Member") and maykad99.cam (hereinafter referred to as "maykad99", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the maykad99 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at https://maykad99.cam and any associated mobile interfaces, subdomains, or applications operated by the Company.

By accessing the maykad99 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or otherwise using any service offered by maykad99, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be unconditionally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, which form an integral part of the overall agreement between the User and maykad99. In the event of any conflict between these supplementary documents and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on maykad99, a User must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of the Account:

1. The User must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. Maykad99 maintains a strict 21+ age policy in accordance with internationally licensed operator standards. Registrations by persons under 21 are strictly prohibited and void.
2. The User must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for the User's personal use. It is the User's sole responsibility to determine whether their participation is lawful.
3. The User must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by maykad99 or any third-party responsible gambling organisation.
4. The User must provide truthful, accurate, and complete personal information at registration. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
5. The User must not already hold an existing Account with maykad99. Each natural person is permitted to maintain only one Account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
6. The User must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of maykad99 or any of its affiliated entities or service providers.

Users wishing to access the full features of the Platform must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal details, including full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. Maykad99 reserves the right to verify any information provided during or subsequent to registration.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, maykad99 requires successful completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. The User will be required to submit, at minimum, the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a valid government-issued identification document. Malaysian players are required to submit their MyKAD (front and back). Non-Malaysian players must submit a valid passport.
• Proof of Age: Age must be confirmed as 21 or above from the identification document submitted.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where required, evidence that the deposit payment method is legitimately held in the User's name (e.g., a screenshot of Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank, or CIMB account confirming account holder name).
• Selfie Verification: In certain circumstances, a selfie photograph holding the identification document may be required.

KYC documentation will be processed within a reasonable time, typically within 30 minutes to 24 hours of submission, subject to volume. Maykad99 may request additional documentation at its absolute discretion at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

By submitting KYC documentation, the User consents to maykad99 retaining, processing, and verifying those documents in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Maykad99 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of deposit, which currently include but are not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency (BTC and USDT). Available payment methods may change from time to time at the Company's discretion.

All transactions on the maykad99 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise stated. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method, as displayed on the deposit page. These limits may be adjusted by the Company without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Users may only deposit funds from payment accounts and instruments held in their own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Deposited funds must be of legitimate origin. Maykad99 employs anti-money laundering (AML) controls and reserves the right to request proof of source of funds where suspicious activity is detected.
• Maykad99 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, Users should be aware that third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits are processed in real time in most cases. Delays caused by third-party payment processors are outside the Company's control.
• Deposits that cannot be credited due to technical errors will be investigated and resolved as promptly as possible. Users must report unresolved deposit issues to support within 7 calendar days.

Maykad99 is committed to processing withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. E-wallet withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers via FPX and DuitNow are typically processed within 1 to 3 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times.

The following conditions must be satisfied for a withdrawal to be processed:

• The User's Account must have successfully completed KYC verification.
• All applicable wagering requirements on any bonus funds received must be fully met prior to withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed applicable daily or weekly withdrawal limits applicable to the User's account tier.
• The User's Account must be in good standing with no outstanding security reviews, disputes, or compliance flags.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account in the User's own name, consistent with the method of deposit where applicable.

Maykad99 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed specified thresholds or that trigger internal compliance monitoring systems. Such checks may delay processing times. The Company will communicate any hold placed on a withdrawal request to the affected User.

Maykad99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to its Users, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rebates, and VIP tier rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, including applicable wagering requirements, qualifying games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry periods. Promotion-specific terms are published on the respective promotion pages and form part of this Agreement.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• Each bonus offer is available once per eligible User unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Maykad99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus already credited will continue to be subject to the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
• The Company reserves the right to reverse bonus credits where it determines that a User has attempted to abuse bonus terms, exploit technical errors, or engage in bonus-related fraudulent behaviour.
• Maykad99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of a User's eligibility for any promotion, including proof of identity and payment method ownership.
• Cashback and rebate bonuses are calculated on net losses over the applicable period and credited in accordance with promotion-specific schedules.
• VIP tier benefits are subject to the prevailing VIP programme terms. Maykad99 reserves the right to revise VIP tier criteria, benefits, and cashback rates at any time.

All bets placed on the maykad99 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting market. Game-specific rules are accessible from within each game or on the relevant betting market page. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable rules before placing any bet.

• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits may vary by game type, betting market, account tier, or at the Company's sole discretion.
• Bet Confirmation: A bet is not valid and binding until confirmed by the maykad99 system and a confirmation reference is issued. Bets accepted in error due to obvious system errors may be voided by the Company.
• Obvious Error: Maykad99 reserves the right to void any bet placed at obviously incorrect odds or under erroneous conditions, including human or technical error. The Company will endeavour to communicate any such voiding to affected Users promptly.
• Disconnection Policy: In the event of a disconnection during a live game or bet, the Platform's server-side records shall be the definitive record of the game state and outcome. Maykad99 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity failures on the User's side.
• Sports Betting Markets: Maykad99 offers betting markets on international and local sporting events, including EPL (English Premier League) and Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, UFC, and other major events. Market availability, odds, and settlement rules may change without notice.

Maykad99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The Platform provides a range of responsible gambling tools available to all registered Users, accessible from within their Account settings.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure notifications that alert them after a set duration of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Users may enable on-screen prompts during play displaying time elapsed and net session results.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the maykad99 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit the Platform, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Participating in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate market outcomes.
• Using the Platform to conduct or facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, technical errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's games, payment systems, or security infrastructure.
• Opening multiple accounts (whether under the same or different identities) in order to claim multiple welcome bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Using payment instruments not registered in the User's name, or depositing funds on behalf of a third party.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play intent.
• Impersonating any other User, employee, or representative of maykad99.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, KYC, or payment process.

All content, software, design, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, databases, and other intellectual property on the maykad99 Platform are the exclusive property of maykad99.cam or its licensed content providers, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants the User any licence, right, or interest in any of the Company's intellectual property.

Users may access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, frame, link to (in any way that implies association or endorsement by maykad99), modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written permission of the Company.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, maykad99 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the User's use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Maykad99's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising from or relating to these Terms shall be limited to the amount actually deposited by the User into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

Maykad99 does not warrant that the Platform will be available, error-free, or uninterrupted at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruption. Maykad99 accepts no liability for losses caused by Platform unavailability, provided the Company has used reasonable endeavours to minimise downtime.

By the User: A User may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting the maykad99 support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable time. Any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure, net of outstanding wagering requirements, will be returned to the User via their registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal procedures.

By maykad99: Maykad99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Company is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory authority, or court order;
• The User's Account activity raises concerns regarding fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• The User fails to complete KYC verification within the required period;
• The User's Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormancy policy applies).

These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which maykad99 holds its gaming licence. The Company operates under an international gaming licence and is not regulated by any Malaysian governmental authority, including but not limited to the Ministry of Finance Malaysia or Bank Negara Malaysia.

Any dispute between the User and maykad99 that cannot be resolved through the Company's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the applicable licensing jurisdiction. Users retain any rights they may have under the applicable laws of their country of residence, to the extent that such rights cannot be waived by contract.

Maykad99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its absolute discretion. Where material changes are made to these Terms, the Company will endeavour to notify registered Users by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes the User's unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. Where a User does not agree to the revised Terms, they must immediately cease use of the Platform and request Account closure.
